The general structure of a modern Jean Grey story:
Jean Grey returns from the dead, through Phoenix-related trickery.
Jean Grey becomes evil, and attacks one or more of the X-Men.
X-Men regroup and come up with a plan, in a scene slightly like the part where the Scooby gang trap the monster. (Plan usually involves setting Wolverine on J-bird.)
Slight battle scene, where Jean breaks through the evil and get a bit teary.
The power of love prevails, Jean saves the world and then “dies”.
Repeat every 3-4 years.

21 in Glasgow, and I haven't the slightest clue what I'm doing.
This is a semi-carefully curated selection of things I love, including the X-Men, pop music, Hawkeye, food, Cougar Town, bearded men, bourbon, drag queens, Archer, animals who think they're people, Happy Endings, Wonder Woman, and anything that can make me smile. All of the views contained in this blog are my own, and do not necessarily reflect those of the BBC.
